Our Return Policy is as follows:
You may return all products within 14 days from the date of receipt for UK orders and within 30 days of receipt for international orders. The original tag should be intact and not damaged.
We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or wrong size choice, please check the size guide that has been included in each product page.
Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Only send it to the address that our customer service provides you.
We will arrange a refund after we check your returned order.
Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order. Please allow 24 hours with PayPal and 7-15 business days with credit card for your refund to appear.
We do not offer Freight to Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost. unless a mistake is made by Londonella LTD.
Items must not contain any evidence of wear, stains, or odors.
Any merchandise returned must be received back in its original condition, this means it must be unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume and have all original tags attached.
We regret to inform you that any original shipping fees or return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was made on our part.
In the rare event that you do receive an imperfect item, please do contact us at your earliest convenience. In such an event, we prefer to remedy on a case-to-case basis to ensure the best customer service and overall satisfaction.
